Empowering Veterans Together

Supporting veterans’ transition with community, programs, and meaningful connections, the Veterans Network Association serves as a vital bridge between military and civilian life. Our mission is to ensure every veteran finds the support, fellowship, and opportunities needed to thrive beyond service., while including the family in the process. By fostering strong community ties and offering innovative programs, we help veterans not only adjust but flourish in their new chapter, rediscovering purpose and belonging alongside peers who understand their journey.

Empowering Veterans Together

We empower and equip veterans who are transitioning out of the military with the skills and support needed to live healthy, purposeful and successful lives using our progressive and proactive approach. I started this organization with my son because as a Marine mom, I have seen firsthand the emotional and mental challenges a veteran can face during this transition. Our mission is simple- to help save lives by providing community, workshops and support for veterans and their families. Together, we're empowering veterans for a stronger future.

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower veterans as they transition into civilian life by providing a supportive network, purposeful programs, and opportunities for meaningful engagement. We are dedicated to helping each veteran discover a renewed sense of direction and belonging through group sessions, diverse workshops, and peer-led activities. By fostering local connections and encouraging mutual support, we strive to make a positive impact on veterans’ lives—one connection at a time. Our goal is to reach and uplift at least 200 veterans annually through our Mission Cards program, engage a growing audience with our podcast, and create lasting change within our veteran community.

Our Vision

Our Our vision is to foster a welcoming environment for veterans transitioning into civilian life. We strive to reaffirm their value and purpose post-military service. We want to ensure the family is a part of the process to bring unity and understanding in the home. Our initiatives include peer-led group gatherings, family and spouse support groups, diverse workshops, and mission-driven activities.

Our Pillars

The Veterans Network Association: Empowering Veterans and Families

The Veterans Network Association is dedicated to uplifting veterans and their families through a commitment to three essential pillars: Community Engagement, Support Groups, and Spreading Hope. These pillars ensure every veteran feels included, supported, and inspired.

Community Engagement

The Association fosters meaningful community engagement by inviting veterans and families to participate in events and activities that celebrate their contributions. Through these gatherings, veterans and families of fallen service members can connect, share stories, and build lasting relationships that enrich the entire community.

Support Groups

Through robust support groups, the Association provides guidance, assistance, and a safe space for veterans and their families. These groups are designed to address unique challenges, offering resources and companionship so no one feels alone on their journey.

Spreading Hope

Spreading hope is at the heart of the Association’s mission. By nurturing connections and creating opportunities for veterans and families to grow, learn, and remember, the organization ensures that every member feels valued and empowered to thrive within a supportive network.

The Veterans Network Association’s support groups play a vital role in providing guidance, assistance, and a safe space for veterans and their families. These groups are carefully designed to address the unique challenges faced by veterans, ensuring that no one feels alone on their journey.

Support groups come in a variety of formats to best serve the needs of participants. Some gatherings are organic conversations held over coffee, offering a relaxed environment for sharing and connection. Peer-to-peer groups allow veterans to support each other through shared experiences and understanding. Additionally, some support groups follow a structured curriculum, offering focused guidance and resources to help participants navigate specific challenges. There are also groups that blend organic conversations with peer-to-peer support, creating a flexible and welcoming atmosphere where veterans and their families can find both companionship and practical assistance.

Spreading Hope

The Veterans Network Association fosters meaningful community engagement by inviting veterans and their families to participate in a variety of events and activities that celebrate their unique contributions. These gatherings serve as opportunities for veterans and families of fallen service members to connect, share their stories, and build lasting relationships that enrich the entire community.

To further encourage connection, we provide workshops, activities, and events designed for veterans and their families to interact with each other and with the broader community. Diverse workshops are offered to help veterans develop new skills and promote personal growth, empowering participants to discover new interests and capabilities.

We also host engaging activities that encourage teamwork and help form lasting friendships among veterans and their families, creating a supportive environment where everyone can collaborate and build meaningful connections.

Community Engagement

Spreading hope is a central focus of the Veterans Network Association’s mission. By nurturing connections and creating meaningful opportunities for veterans and their families to grow, learn, and remember, the organization strives to ensure that every member feels valued and empowered to thrive within a supportive network.

Mission Cards

One tangible way the Association spreads hope is through Mission Cards. Veterans and volunteers write encouraging letters to fellow veterans who are in need of support. These cards offer a message of hope and serve as a reminder that veterans are not alone, fostering a sense of connection and community.

Roger That Chronicles Podcast

The Roger That Chronicles Podcast is another impactful initiative, created by veterans for veterans. This podcast bridges the gap between veterans, their families, and the broader community. By sharing personal stories, veterans empower themselves and others, overcoming challenges and inspiring listeners. As veterans tune in, they find encouragement and reassurance, realizing they are not alone in their feelings and experiences.
